Customer Quality Guarantee
Teleflorist was founded in 1947 with just three florist members. Since then it has grown to become the largest network of florists in Great Britain and Northern Ireland - and still growing today. All Teleflorist members must pass a vigorous vetting procedure before they qualify to join - and many now hold the Society of Floristry's Diploma (the industry's most prized qualification).
Teleflorist recognise how important it is to be able to trust the people who deliver your message for you - which is why they make the following promise to every one their customers: -
the flowers will be fresh.
the flowers will be prepared and arranged by a professional florist.
to deliver to the address given.
to deliver on a specific date - often next day or even same day if your order is received by 13.30 GMT.
They cannot guarantee a specific time but if you tell them when you'd like your bouquet delivered, they’ll do there very best to accommodate you.
